GuyFit Zumba, Pilates & Total Body
He is a professional and qualified group fitness instructor and personal trainer with more than 13 years of experience. He works with people of all fitness levels, from those who have never trained before, to those looking for the next challenge. His passion for dance and fitness led him to be one of the first Zumba instructors in Italy. His energy and his charisma won't let you leave your workout without a smile on your face and fully re-energized.
He also teaches Total Body Workout & Pilates.

GuyFit Barre & Body Sculpt
Barre Class
A low-impact barre class with high intensity calorie and fat burning. It will dynamically have you moving in all ranges of motion in order to burnout each muscle group. This high energy class is designed to spike your heart rate by using dance inspired positions and your own body weight. This class is bound to sculpt your body from the inside out.
My pilates class or Booty Worx or Body Sculpt
This Pilates-based class takes it to the next level by challenging and focusing on each muscle group for a total body burnout. This energetic class is paired with upbeat music to keep you motivated and moving for the entire 50 minutes. We focus on body and strengthening and lengthening the body using your body weight, resistance bands, and hand weights. Combining Pilates, cardio, and sculpting moves so you are sure to feel the burn.
GuyFit Total Body & Strength
Matthew is a high school teacher with a big passion for fitness.
He is an NCCA certified personal trainer and he truly believes that exercise is one of the few times in the day where all the energy we expend is purely on ourselves, and for ourselves.
Matthew strengthening & conditioning classes include bodyweight based exercises for a total body workout, while also challenging and increasing your overall movement capacity! Classes focus on proper form and movement mechanics when moving through each exercise. Each 50-min session will include time-based rounds, and offer opportunities for participants to record results with the intention of tracking growth in strength, confidence and comfort over time! With the passion of a coach, and the meticulous attention to detail of a teacher, each exercise is meticulously cued, but full of raw energy.
Bodyweight Circuit Training
Total body workout that will keep you grounded and strong. Movements will blend isometric and dynamic exercises, so expect a nice blend of the basics, with more challenging and powerful complexes.
Balance & Coordination Training
Take your limbs to the limit and challenge your body's balance & coordination in this class. Building on the foundations of Monday's Bodyweight Circuit Training, this class will challenge the strength, capacity and overall coordination of each individual limb. Learn to root and move at the same time to build great balance and coordination that can later be applied to more difficult movements that require stability and power.
GuyFit Functional strength & conditioning
Michelle is a trainer with a B.S. in Exercise Science, certified through NASM and FMS, and an athlete for Team USA. She specializes in functional movement, strength training, conditioning, mobility, and pelvic floor. Her passion is to educate and keep people moving so that they may live happy, fulfilled lifestyles uninhibited by weakness or injury.
Functional Strength & Conditioning
Description: This class closes the gap between what you want and what your body needs. Focusing on posture you will learn proper mechanics to get the muscles and heart pumping. Move well now so you can continue to move well later!
GuyFit Pilates & Yoga
Nisi is a 500-hour certified yoga teacher. She took her first Yoga Teacher Training as a way to learn more about yoga for her own knowledge. Now a full-time yoga teacher, she teaches private, group, and corporate yoga throughout NYC and online.
Nisi believes yoga can be for everyone- you just need to find the right fit. Her teaching is inspired by mindfulness, and her goal is to help you live more mindfully, both on and off the mat. Her classes are Vinyasa based, and she is known for making her classes as accessible as possible by offering lots of variations. Her main goal though, is for you to feel better after class than you did before you showed up!
